[Development Case] Rust-free Plating Even When Submerged in Water

Kyoei Hardware has solved the problem that was no good no matter where you asked!

We would like to introduce a development case of the magnet catch yoke for video decks handled by Kyoei Kanamono Seisakusho. We received a request from a magnet manufacturer asking us to create a "rust-free magnet yoke." When we inquired about the application and processing, they mentioned that they were using Parkerizing and that after assembly, they were applying a boiling treatment (annealing). However, there were issues with the boiling treatment after delivery, and we worked on solving the problem in consultation with our plating partner.
